I learned the Kacey Welch Method at her very first class in 2017. Over the years I have certified in 4 other methods of hand tied extensions. I prefer this one method because it literally cannot fall out or slip out. It is a beaded row track with hand tied hair wefts sewn to it. It is the most secure method and lasts 8-11 weeks between move ups. There is no chance of slipping of the beads or hair wefts falling out. It is comfortable and there is no pulling or bald spots that can occur. I have done extensions since 2004. Hand tied extensions exclusively since 2014. I Specialize in Extensions Only. I do not do Hair Color or other services.
I do not remove your Fusion K-tips or I-tips or Tape In extensions. I do not do Tape in or Fusion or K-tip or I-tip. I'm Happy to refer you to a friend who does I-tips and tapes.

Because I need to focus on You and really Listen to you during your appointment I do not allow anyone to accompany you. I do not double book my clients. No one but you and I will be here. Do not bring your child, your friend, your pet, or your relative. You will have to reschedule your appointment if you do not arrive alone.
To Reschedule, please text me the DATE of your current appointment and give me a few DATES and TIMES YOU are available to arrive at my studio. I will message you back during business hours. (The shorter your text the quicker I will be able to respond). If you do not hear from me within 24 hours please text me again. I usually respond within a few hours.
I Supply all The Hair, I do not use hair you bring in because I cannot guarantee it's quality or longevity. If you already have sewn in extensions and are using a brand I'm familiar with I can work with it for your move up if it is in good condition.
If you have color treated hair be sure your hair is freshly colored by a professional before you come in to see me for your installation. (If you do not color your hair then be sure that the ends of your hair are the color that you want your extensions to be). Sun exposure and Shampooing change the color of the ends of our hair often making it lighter in color and more brassy or warmer looking than our natural regrowth color. Be sure y0u love your color before investing in new hair. The Extension Hair will last 6-12 months so if you change your hair color after installation you will need to purchase new extension hair. The Ends of your hair need to be your target color, that is what I match my extension hair to. Once your color is done then you can send me photos of your current hair and we can set up your appointment to install your extensions. I do not color hair. Mine is an Extension Only Studio.
Do you know why I'm different than other salons that do extensions? I have all the hair already In stock. No In-Person consultation is needed. You don't have to wait 2 weeks for your hair to arrive. I have ALL THE HAIR COLORS AND LENGTHS IN STOCK! If I have an opening I can see you the next day. I believe in instant gratification. I'm the AmazonPrime of Hair Extensions. We can use photos and videos to do a virtual consultation. I do natural hair colors only. No Fashion Colors. If your hair color is very unique then I may need to custom order your hair. That takes about 8-12 weeks. An in person meeting will be needed. My Hair Wall is INSANE. I have EVERY color from 3 different hair extension companies in stock.

This is all confidential, I will no:t share any of this information. I need to understand your hair type and what your hair goals are so that I can help you get the results you want. Extensions make your ends look thicker, longer and more healthy. Your hair is Easier to style because it holds a curl until you wash it. The colors don't fade as quickly as your natural hair and they are perfect for adding hi lights or lowlights to your existing color.
Be sure your hair is Clean and Dry. Brush the dangles out and take some photos! It's Best to have a friend help. Be sure the photos are in good natural lighting showing me All of your hair from all angles. Face a window and take selfies, no direct sunlight and no overhead lighting. I need to see the front, back and side views of your hair showing your hair length, color and layers .When taking a front photo pull the hair from the back around to the front. (all your hair should be in every photo). Back photo, put ALL your hair behind your shoulders. Put your back to a mirror and put your phone over your shoulder to get the shot. Side pics are best if facing forward with your shoulders facing the camera, then turn only your chin to the right then to the left with all your hair in front of your shoulders. Be sure the photo is at eye level, not from above or from too far low. I need to see the ends of your hair in each photo. Also send a few GOAL photos so I can give you an estimate. (my instagram has before/afters saved in my Story Hilights) Bonus: Send a photo of a CLEAN part line 1-2" over your ear, from front to back, clip that hair up tightly so I can see the density of your hair at the roots. Send me a photo of all the hair products you are using. If you have thinning hair issues in spots, send me photos.
Be sure your hair color is perfect.
Before taking the photos be sure your hair is the PERFECT COLOR that you want me to match my extensions to. Get the roots touched up (colored) BEFORE you come in for your Installation and Move Ups. Be sure the ENDS of your natural hair are EXACTLY the color that you want them, that's what I use to determine your new extension colors. The Extension Hair lasts at least 6 mo, usually 8 months to a year if taken care of.

After completing and submitting the new client form go ahad and text me your first name and that you completed the form. I will read it and give you my recommendations. If I need to see more photos I will request that and you can text them to me. I will give you a quote and when you agree on a plan we will then discuss my openings so that we can schedule your installation of your new extensions.
To Hold your Date and Time I will need a Non refundable RETAINER of $500 through the Zelle App or CashApp or ApplePay. Use my phone number: 916-803-3602. I also use The Square and it accepts all credit cards. This will go toward your Balance which is due after installation.
Do NOT Send your Retainer until AFTER We have decided on a plan for your New Extensions.
Always arrive with freshly washed and dried hair. I do not Shampoo or Dry your Hair. Dirty hair is unacceptable. Leave in products are fine to use if they are light weight. (no coconut oil).
New Extension Installation Time:
1 Row: 3 hours 2 Rows 4-5 hours
***Be Sure you have enough time.
Upon Arrival at my Studio we will determine what will be the best option for you. Even though we have discussed what our plan is now I can let you feel the hair and I get my hands on your hair. We can finalize our plan to reach your hair goals. One Row or Two Rows, 14" or 18" or 22" . Even though you may want 22" hair if your hair is extremely short and thick I will show you why this is not the best choice. My goal is to be able to make you completely happy, Actually, I want to exceed your expectations. If I feel your hair is not a good candidate for sewn in exts I will suggest you try on a Halo.
If our communication is not good I won't be able to continue with our appointment. I am open to your ideas and suggestions but if you want to tell me how to do my art, then we are not a match. We need to trust each other. I will refund your Retainer.
Your Hair Color:
Get your Root Touch Up BEFORE you get your extensions Moved Up. (not after). If you arrive and have grey roots showing we will need to reschedule your move up appointment. Schedule your color appointment a week or a few days BEFORE your move up Appointment with me. Remember, color should not be shampooed for at least TWO days after it is done. (Same with your move up).
The Hair Extensions can be Reused/Moved up for 6 months to a Year, but maintenance/ move ups need to be done approximately every 6-11 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows. 8-9 weeks is most common.
Maintenance Move Ups: every 8-11 weeks is recommended
1 Row: $175. 2 hours. ($175 per row)
2 Rows: $350. 3 hours (mini row is $100)
3 Rows: $525. 4 hours

You will lose your retainer if you do not contact me at least 24 hours before your scheduled installation appointment if you need to cancel/reschedule.
I need at least 24 hours notice if you need to CHANGE or CANCEL your appointment. If you are scheduled for a Move up and you arrive wanting a removal, you will be charged 1/2 the move up fee. Let me know BEFORE your arrive if you want New Hair, or a different Service. Time Slots are allotted for each service. I will need more time if you want all new hair. Less time for a Removal.
Emergencies happen, I understand this. No fees will be charged.
Missed Appointments/Rescheduling Less than 24 Hr Notice:
If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments that are a No-Show or Same Day Cancellation will be subject to a $50 fee due before scheduling your next appointment. Next time 50% of the service fee will be due before rescheduling. The 3rd time 100% of the service fee will be due before rescheduling.
If you are feeling sick the day of your appointment text me. Please do not arrive if you are sick, or you will be sent home.
If you arrive with a friend, family member, child, or pet we have to reschedule your appointment.
You have a responsibility to get all the facts before you agree to this service. My website describes everything in great detail. If you have more questions, ask them before you pay your Retainer. All hair sales are final and there are no refunds for hair extensions, Halos, or installation.
Price estimates are on my ESTIMATES Page/Tab. These are not set in stone. Many factors can change the cost by a few dollars.Using additional wefts, smudging the top of the wefts, piano colors, special orders, can all increase your estimate. I will give you a More Accurate Estimate during our Text Consultation. It may vary when I actually get to touch your hair in person. During installation, a few factors can change. I will let you know my recommendation if I feel you need more or less hair. I need you to understand this. I do my best to be accurate and fair during the entire process. You will get an exact estimate that you will agree to before I begin your Hair Extension Installation.
In order to Guarantee the longevity of your Extensions and healthy, tangle free hair you will need to purchase the Professional Products that I recommend. I have researched for 18 years and know what works and what does not work for Hair Extensions. Your Hair Care Kit is customizable to what products you need, we can work with your budget if you want to only get what you absolutely need during your first appointment. I use OWAY Organic products and they come in glass bottles and are refillable. I Also recommend Olaplex, K18 and Nutrafol Vitamins. Everything I use on you I have in stock.
